You must log time accurately and in good faith. Time entries are used for payroll, client billing, and project reporting. Falsifying or deliberately misrepresenting time entries may result in disciplinary action.
Your use of TimeGrid is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
TimeGrid is an internal operational tool provided on a best-efforts basis. DevGrid does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may carry out maintenance, upgrades, or changes at any time.

DevGrid may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TimeGrid after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
DevGrid may suspend or remove access to TimeGrid at any time, including where a user leaves the company, breaches these Terms, or for operational reasons. On termination, your time-entry data may be retained in accordance with our data retention obligations.
